When the tire pressure light on your dashboard is illuminated, what should you do? If the light is there on a cold morning in Columbus and turns off later in the day, it probably means that due to the cold air, the pressure was lower, but it normalized as it warmed up.

At Bob-Boyd Lincoln, Inc., we still suggest that you use a gauge to check your tire pressure just to be on the safe side. It is also important to use a tool to do this check because the lack of pressure might not be apparent just by looking at your tire.

If your light is on but there does not seem to be a tire pressure issue or the light is flashing, another part of your vehicle might be malfunctioning. If this happens, you should have the vehicle serviced to find out what the problem is.
